BOS WEEKLY UPDATE – August 2, 2018

Water Conservation Encouraged!  Despite the rain earlier this week we are experiencing below normal rainfall and higher than normal temperatures.  The state is carefully monitoring water table levels and may require localities to implement outdoor watering bans.  Please help us conserve our water supplies by limiting your use of tap water, especially by curbing outdoor use.

Note our upcoming Meeting Schedule: On August, 8th  the BOS will meet. The first half for regular businessnd the second half for a discussion with the Finance Committee on the proposed new elementary school.

Boards & Committees: The Town relies on volunteers to carry out many important municipal functions.  Most groups meet once or twice a month.  Fill out a volunteer application form which can be found on the Town’s web site.  Need more information?  Stop by the Selectmen’s Office at Town Hall or contact Sonja Nathan at 978-526-2000.
