Town Hall remains closed to the public. Staff is available to help you with your business needs. Please email the appropriate department directly for assistance.
Phase 1 of reopening parks and beaches is in effect. Masconomo Park, Reed Park and Tucks Point are open for walking only with parking for residents only. No sunbathing, picnicking or sports. Please see the Town website to learn more. ALL public beaches, all athletic fields, all tennis courts and their corresponding parking lots remain CLOSED until further notice. Failure to adhere to these restrictions could result in a fine.
Town Hall Phone Update: The phone lines at Town Hall are still down. The phone system is being replaced due to irreparable age and damage and will be back up as soon as possible. In the meantime, please email staff with any questions and they will connect with you.
MBTS Drive Through Days – Town Hall is hosting a drive through sale of beach stickers, dog licenses, boat and mooring placards on Saturday, May 16th from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and Thursday, May 21st from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. Please see the town website for the guidelines required for attending this event. Treasurer Update: 4th quarter real estate and personal property bills are due Monday, June 1, 2020. You can make a payment on the Town website, using the Town payment drop box or via mail. Please email Treasurer Jennifer Yaskell yaskellj@manchester.ma.us with any questions.
Town Hall Payment Drop Box: Installed at the rear of Town Hall by the Police Station Blue Door and monitored by a security camera. Please use this convenient box to drop payments off for any Town Bills. Please No Cash!
Board of Health Update: Face coverings are now required, per order of the Governor, when entering any public building as well as outside when proper social distancing of 6 feet is not possible. Get the latest information on COVID-19 please visit the Town website www.manchester.ma.us
Trash, Recycling, Compost: Regular schedule. Compost site is open for the season: Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
