BOS Updates – October 30, 2020

Election Day: Polls will be open Tuesday, November 3 from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Manchester Essex Regional High School. COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place.

Second Quarter Real Estate and Property Taxes: Payment is due on November 2. Please contact the Tax Office at 978-526-2030 for assistance. 

40B Public Presentation: On October 29 starting at 7 p.m. the Board of Selectmen is hosted a virtual public presentation on the proposed 40B project by the developer. Meeting recording and 40B resources can be found here.

Halloween-by-the-Sea: Trick or treating in Manchester will be held on October 31 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Please trick or treat in your own neighborhood to avoid crowding in the Village. Streets will not be blocked off in the Village. Leave candy on a table in front of your house. Do not approach front doors or ring doorbells. Residents who do not wish to participate can turn their front lights off. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Halloween 2020

Vote by Mail: Please use the Ballot Drop Box next to the front door of Town Hall to deliver your 2020 Election Ballot. If you're mailing your ballot, it needs to be postmarked by November 3rd and it must reach your local election office by November 6th. If you're hand-delivering your Election ballot to your local election office or dropping it in a drop-box, it needs to be returned by 8 p.m. on November 3rd. Election Information

MBTS Beach Update: Dogs are now allowed on Singing Beach through April 14.  Beach visitors are limited to 2 dogs per person.

Town Hall Payment Drop Box: Installed at the rear of Town Hall by the Police Station Blue Door and monitored by a security camera.  Please use this convenient box to drop payments off for any Town Bills. Please No Cash.
