An eight-week class designed to improve balance and maintain an active lifestyle. Developed at California State Fullerton, this group-based exercise program addresses the multiple dimensions of the balance system through a series of progressive balance activities, stength, flexibility and mobility exercises. The eight-week session meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15 - 1:15. Space is limited. Call 978-867-4095 before March 6th to enroll.

A Physical Therapy and Wellness Center for Balance, Fall Prevention and Active Aging! Our 6000 square foot facility is bright and welcoming, safe, fully wheelchair accessible, and conveniently located off Hull Street with plenty of parking. We provide clients with the best equipment to improve and develop strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. We offer expert physical therapy based on clinical research with the amenitites of a fitness center.
Stop, Stretch and Breath YOGA class
This is a Yoga class designed to increase flexibility and balance in a safe manner. The class will be held thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. Multiple sessions will be held throughout the year, so please contact us for more information on our Yoga Class.
