Parking tickets may be paid in person or by mail, or online with a credit card
IN PERSON: Tickets may be paid at the Town Clerkâs office in the Town Hall during regular business hours, which are Monday through Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Thursday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Tickets which have been marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles for non-renewal of license and registration must be paid by cash or bank check. Personal checks cannot be accepted. (No credit card payments in person.)
BY MAIL: Mail payments to Parking Clerk, 10 Central Street, Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA 01944. Tickets which have been marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles for non-renewal of license and registration must be paid by cash or bank check. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD: Log on to PAY PARKING TICKETS ONLINE to pay outstanding tickets with a credit card. A surcharge applies to credit card payments. These payments are cleared at the Registry of Motor Vehicles three times a day.
