For Coastal Waters: “Land Under the Ocean” extends from the mean low-water line seaward to the city or town boundaries.
For Nearshore Areas: “Land Under Ocean” extends from the mean low-water line to the municpal boundary or to a water depth of 80ft, whichever is shallower.
