Manchester Summer Playgrounds Trip Cancellation Policy
Any requests for cancellation must be received TWO BUSINESS DAYS prior to trip departure in order to receive a refund. We ask that you do not use Voicemails, E-mails, Facebook, and Text to make these changes. You must come to the Playground desk and verbally make your change. Regrettably, if your child is sick and can't attend the trip we will not be able to refund your money or give you credit towards a future trip, unless you are able to find a registered Playgrounder to replace your sick child. This policy allows us the needed flexibility to provide proper staffing, bus transportation and coordinating with the venue we will be attending. This policy has been mentioned on the bottom of our trip flyers for many years; however, we have noticed a significant increase in cancellations. A lot of planning goes into the Manchester Summer
Playground scheduling and its necessary that we get your support so we are able to stay as safe and disciplined as we can when organizing a trip off site. This policy went into effect on July 11th, 2011.
*Just a reminder: Any child not wearing their Playground T-shirt will be required to purchase a T-shirt for $5 to wear on the trip.
