Where: The Compost Site is now located at the Transfer Station on upper Pine Station .
When: The hours of operation are:
Saturdays: 10:00 am - 300 pm (mid March to mid December weather permitting)
Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 3 pm (mid March to mid Decmber weather permitting)
Who: All vehicles entering the Compost Site are required to have a resident sticker to use the facility. Resident stickers can be obtained from the Town Clerk's office in Town Hall with a proof of residency.
What: The following materials are accepted at the Compost Site:
Grass clippings
Leaves
Brush under 1 inch in diameter.
How: The garden materials must be dropped off into the compost piles loose or in biodegradable bags (no plastic bags).
