Water Billing
Water bills are mailed out quarterly in February, May, August and November.
All bills are due on the within 30 days of the bill date, on the first business day thereafter. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Manchester. Payments may be sent to or made in person at the Collector's Office, Room 1, Town Hall, during normal Town Hall Hours.
Overdue bills are subject to a $5.00 demand fee, and interest is computed from the date due at a rate of 14 percent. If payment is not received within 14 days after the demand bill is sent, the Town reserves the right to turn of a water service for non-payment or for any condition which, by the sole determination of the Town, presents a health and safety hazard or threatens or potentially threatens the integrity of the water system. A fee of up to $125 may be charged for turning the water back on.
