Despite all of our efforts, sometimes you may experience dirty water at your tap. There are many potential causes of dirty water, including a main breaks, hydrant flushing, or excessive demand.
In the event that you experience dirty water or other water quality problems, we ask that you please contact the Water Department at 978-526-1242.
When reporting a problem, please include your name, address and telephone number along with a description of the problem. In particular, your address is important to help us in identifying a problem in your area.
