The Accounting office provides accounting and financial reporting services to all Town departments, Boards, Commissions, and external financial reporting required by the Department of Revenue and the Division of Local Services in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
The Assessors are required by state law to value all real and personal property within their community. They also handle motor vehicle excise bills that are originated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles and boat excise bills.

The office of the Treasurer/Collector is responsible for the receipt, investment and disbursement of all Town funds, billing and collection of all taxes, and issuance of municipal lien certificates
