On March 21, 2022 the Board of Selectmen voted to place a question on the May 17 election ballot about public safety dispatch. This non-binding question will give residents a chance to express their opinion on whether public safety dispatch should remain in-house or move to a regional center.  The Board of Selectmen have also held five public forums on this topic.
